Liv-Ken TTC raises R12 328 to feed school children affected by poverty

PSFA’s loyal supporter and donor, Livingston Kenilworth Table Tennis Club (Liv-Ken TTC), once again embarked on a fundraising drive for PSFA by approaching its members and friends throughout South Africa and the world for donations.

The drive which was spearheaded by the club’s fundraising convenor, Hasie Ismail managed to raise R12 328 for PSFA. 100% of this donation will enable PSFA to provide 27 learners on our feeding programme with a daily nutritious cooked breakfast and lunch while at school for a calendar year.

One of the contributors to this campaign was Joshua Ismail, a learner at Wynberg Boys’ Primary School. Joshua kindly forfeited his 13th birthday gift from his uncle to support our feeding programme. Joshua also visited Fairview Primary School to assist with feeding the learners on our feeding programme.

PSFA and in particular the children on our feeding programme, hereby wish to take this opportunity to thank Liv-Ken TTC and to everyone who so generously contributed to this fundraising drive.
